Well-being at Work Card
The well-being of the personnel is the responsibility of the entire work community. Co-operation between the management and the employees is needed for maintaining well-being at work.
Healthy and satisfied employees enjoy their work and function efficiently as a work community. Their motivation and commitment also increase by developing the work and workplace together. Well-being at work promotes long-lasting work careers and lowers sickness and pension costs.
Well-being at Work Card Training - a new boost to development
The one-day training will focus on the key issues of well-being at work, including the different roles and responsibilities in promoting well-being at work.

The training is meant for everybody interested in developing well-being at the workplace. It is suitable for supervisors as well as the entire personnel.
The aim is to develop activities and increase co-operation
The aim of The Well-being at Work Card Training is to launch processes that promote well-being at work
or give a new boost to continue development.
The training day gives ideas how to develop well-being at work together with personnel and management.
There is a pre-assignment for assessing the well-being at work, both resources and the development needs. The training day supports further development of the workplace.
At the end of the training day there is a test that covers the subject matters of the course day. Participants receive a Well-being at Work Card on completion of the training and the test.
